I have purchased my ticket, what next?
Most importantly, make sure that you take a note of your reservation number.
Why not print out your booking confirmation, keep it in a safe place and bring it with you when you travel. It will also remind you of your date of travel, departure and arrival time, have the reservation number on it which you can show the driver and be a receipt for the fare you have paid.
If you do not have a printer, why not make a note of your reservation number in your diary, save it in your mobile phone or note it down on a piece of paper. Your booking confirmation will also be emailed to you.
This is very important as you will need to show this reservation number to the driver before you are allowed to board the bus. The driver will check your reservation number is on his or her list of passengers authorised to travel. If you do not have it, or copy it down incorrectly, you will not be allowed to board the bus or travel
