While searching for a convenient connection, our search engine will automatically offer you a connected journey. After choosing one of available options, our system generates two reservation numbers for two stages of your journey – you will receive them via e-mail in one message, sent to the e-mail address given during the reservation.

If the journey is connected, one row shows information about two stages of the journey, including the change

There are two reservation numbers on the ticket because each stage of the journey requires a different number, necessary for the driver to let the Passenger on board of the coach.

As before, you are supposed to show the driver your reservation number while boarding the coach. This number is on the driver’s loading sheet and has an encoded information about the connected journey.

The transfer takes place in Kraków, on the upper level of MDA bus station.

All luggage is stored in the luggage hatch, the same way as before. In case of a change, you are supposed to take your luggage off the first coach and put it in the luggage hatch in the second coach.

We planned the transfer time for connected journeys so there’s no need for the coaches to wait for one another. In case of a delay, all situations will be analyzed individually and dealt with as they rise. If it’s necessary and if only it’s possible, the coach will wait for the Passengers who need to transfer.

Arrivals and departures can take place on different stands.

Transfer time is different for various connections. Adequate information about the transfer time is shown on the ticket and possible to be checked in our search engine (time between the arrival of 1st coach and departure of 2nd coach).

In case of tickets for connected journeys, it is possible to cancel or change only both reservation numbers. It can be done before the time of departure of the first coach in the „Manage Reservations” bookmark at: Manage Reservations
